If a great deal of hardscape is not going to be created, sometimes design elements and plants of the concept design and planting plan can be incorporated into one base sheet. This “hybrid design” accomplishes what the concept design and planting plan accomplish with a less expensive design fee. Many times a hybrid design will suffice for submission to an HOA for approval.
