Spring Valley Sanctuary

(as seen on CBS8 San Diego) We converted a severely sloping front yard into multiple outdoor spaces for our clients. With literally no back yard we fully utilized their front yard space. By placing a fence along the perimeter of the property, we made their retreat very private while keeping their views of the Sweetwater Reservoir and the nearby mountains. We created retaining walls to terrace the steep slope, thus creating spaces that all flow together nicely. They enjoy their outdoor living room, fireplace, fire bowls, deck and jacuzzi, entertaining their friends all year long. An orchard with numerous fruit trees was included along with vegetable planters so they have an ongoing organic harvest. Drought tolerant plants were utilized along with upcycled boulders from the site.
