Point Loma Entertainer’s Delight

This design involved the front, side and back yards with a reduction in the grass footprint. Retaining walls were built across the front of the property to elevate the front yard, with planting beds around the perimeter and a new entry to the front door was created. A louvered fence offers privacy for the back and side yards which include an outdoor kitchen, pergola, living area, dining area, vegetable garden and 3-tiered fountain. A checkerboard consisting of concrete squares and turf adds a bit of whimsy to this entertainer’s paradise.
