Carmel Valley Yard Reclamation
A side yard of a property tends to be overlooked when designing but we fully utilized this one and made a nice connection with the existing back yard and the front entrance to the house. This project also involved lawn removal. The fence along the front of the property was removed and replaced with a stucco wall which was placed closer to the street. This created ample space for outdoor living with a clean contemporary look, a drought tolerant plant palette and even a dog beach for the owners’ boxer.
